GENERAL

General Questions

GigStacks provides execution capacity for organizations where work gets stuck between conversations and completion.

We help capture commitments, confirm ownership, manage follow-up, escalate risks, and report progress so leadership does not become the reminder system.

GigStacks solves execution breakdowns caused by unclear ownership, missed follow-ups, overloaded teams, stalled approvals, customer response delays, vendor dependencies, and limited workforce capacity.

The core issue is not usually effort. Teams are busy. The problem is that commitments are created faster than the organization can reliably execute them.

No. GigStacks is not sold as software.

CommitOS supports the work behind the scenes, but GigStacks is a managed execution capacity service. We combine trained people, workflow processes, follow-up systems, reporting, and technology to keep work moving.

No. Consultants usually diagnose, advise, and recommend.

GigStacks operates inside the flow of work. We capture commitments, follow up, escalate risks, and report outcomes. We are focused on execution, not just advice.

No. Staffing gives you people to manage.

GigStacks provides managed capacity with systems, oversight, reporting, QA, and structured accountability. Your team does the work. GigStacks keeps the work moving.

GigStacks is built for founders, CEOs, COOs, operators, project leaders, department heads, portfolio teams, construction and engineering firms, service businesses, public-sector leaders, and organizations accountable for complex execution.

OFFERING

Managed Execution

Managed Execution is the flagship GigStacks offering. It ensures commitments created in meetings, emails, messages, customer conversations, vendor updates, and internal decisions are captured, owned, followed up, escalated, and completed.

An Execution Coordinator manages follow-through. They capture commitments, identify owners, track due dates, send follow-ups, monitor blockers, escalate risks, and prepare execution reports. They do not replace your team. They make sure work keeps moving across your team.

Your team includes GigStacks in relevant communication.

Examples: CC your dedicated GigStacks email, forward meeting notes, send transcripts, share customer emails, send WhatsApp or SMS updates, or share documents or decisions. GigStacks reviews the information, extracts commitments, and tracks what needs action.

No. Project managers plan, manage scope, assign work, and lead delivery. GigStacks supports execution follow-through by tracking commitments, prompting owners, escalating risks, and making sure items do not disappear after meetings or handoffs.

GigStacks tracks action items, customer requests, vendor follow-ups, approvals, internal decisions, project updates, meeting commitments, overdue items, blockers, escalations, owner responses, and due dates.

Leadership receives structured visibility into what moved, what is blocked, who owns the next step, what is overdue, what needs a decision, what risks are increasing, and what was completed.

OFFERING

Embedded Operations

Embedded Operations Professionals are trained operational resources deployed into your existing workflows to increase bandwidth.

They support administrative, technical, customer success, project delivery, documentation, CAD/BIM, procurement, compliance, and operations workflows.

Managed Execution focuses on follow-through, commitment tracking, ownership, follow-up, escalation, and reporting.

Embedded Operations adds additional operational bandwidth when your team is overloaded by recurring work, documentation, coordination, administrative tasks, or technical support.

No. A contractor typically performs assigned work and requires direct client management. GigStacks embeds professionals under a managed system with workflow guardrails, CommitOS visibility, reporting, and oversight.

Examples include operations coordinator, project coordinator, engineering operations support, BIM / CAD support, documentation coordinator, customer success support, procurement support, compliance records support, property operations support, and admin operations support.

Many deployments can begin quickly once the workflow, access needs, responsibilities, and communication rules are defined. For simpler workflows, setup can begin within 24 hours. More complex or specialized roles may require additional scoping.

OFFERING

Workforce Capacity

Workforce Capacity is a separate GigStacks offer for organizations that need qualified field labor, specialty crews, technicians, or production resources.

It is built for labor shortages, mobilization needs, shutdowns, specialty trade requirements, field work, and fast-track project demands.

No. Managed Execution keeps commitments moving. Workforce Capacity provides deployable labor and field resources when production capacity is the constraint. They may work together, but they solve different problems.

Workforce Capacity is supported by IntelCoreOS, the GigStacks workforce intelligence layer used for sourcing, verification, credential tracking, availability, readiness, references, and deployment fit. CommitOS may also support tracking after deployment when assignment visibility, schedule updates, and reporting are needed.

Examples include electricians, pipefitters, welders, millwrights, controls technicians, instrumentation specialists, low voltage technicians, commissioning crews, field engineers, fabrication teams, and technical field services.

Use the Workforce Capacity Review form on our solutions page or contact capacity@gigstacks.com with project location, trade, dates, crew size, and required certifications.

Not necessarily. If your primary issue is labor, field crews, specialty trades, or project mobilization, request a Workforce Capacity Review instead.

The Execution Capacity Assessment is better suited for follow-up, ownership, operational bandwidth, and execution visibility challenges.

SETUP

Onboarding

Most Managed Execution engagements can become operational within 24 hours. We create your secure workspace, provision your dedicated GigStacks email address, configure communication paths, set up CommitOS, and begin tracking commitments.

Typical onboarding includes setting up your dedicated GigStacks email, secure client workspace, CommitOS environment, assigned coordinator, communication channel, shared Drive/SharePoint folders, and collecting your SOPs and escalation protocols.

Each client can receive a dedicated intake address, such as acme@gigstacks.com. Your team can CC or forward relevant messages to this address so GigStacks can capture commitments, responses, decisions, follow-ups, and blockers.

Yes. GigStacks operates through assigned, dedicated channels such as dedicated email, dedicated SMS, and dedicated WhatsApp, as well as coordinator review of meeting transcripts. We do not join internal group chats (like Slack or Microsoft Teams) or participate in voice calls, ensuring execution coordination remains structured and noise-free.

No. Your team keeps using the tools it already uses. GigStacks works through existing communication channels and uses CommitOS internally to structure commitments, follow-ups, risks, and reporting.

Useful onboarding materials include SOPs, internal instructions, protocols, playbooks, templates, org charts, escalation rules, customer procedures, and approval workflows. The more operational context we receive, the more accurately we can operate.

TRUST

Security, NDA & Information Protection

Yes. GigStacks can sign your NDA or a mutual confidentiality agreement before onboarding begins.

Confidentiality is part of how we operate because GigStacks works with internal communication, commitments, decisions, documents, and operational processes.

Each client operates inside a dedicated environment with controlled access. GigStacks uses dedicated client workspaces, private CommitOS environments, role-based access, restricted document repositories, assigned account personnel, internal QA controls, and secure communication practices.

Only assigned GigStacks personnel who are supporting your engagement should have access to your client workspace, CommitOS environment, and shared documents. Access should be role-based and limited to what is required for delivery.

GigStacks may store or reference meeting transcripts, emails, documents, notes, and related materials when needed to capture commitments, confirm decisions, assign owners, and track follow-up. Storage occurs inside the client’s dedicated workspace.

Yes. Access can be scoped based on your engagement. During onboarding, GigStacks defines which channels, folders, documents, and workflows are included.

PRICING

Pricing

GigStacks is priced according to execution capacity delivered—not hours worked, people supplied, or seats licensed. Pricing depends on the capacity layer: Execution Pilot, Dedicated Execution Capacity, Execution Office, Embedded Operations, and Workforce Capacity.

Hourly pricing rewards time spent. GigStacks is designed to increase execution capacity and reduce follow-up burden. The value is not the number of hours worked. The value is completed commitments, clearer ownership, faster follow-up, and better visibility.

Yes. Many organizations start with an Execution Pilot, one department, one workflow, or one capacity constraint. From there, they can expand into Dedicated Execution Capacity, Embedded Operations, Execution Office, or Workforce Capacity.

Yes. Execution Office, Embedded Operations, and Workforce Capacity engagements may require custom scoping based on complexity, staffing level, location, project needs, communication channels, or operational coverage.

TECHNOLOGY

Technology

CommitOS is the internal execution control system used by GigStacks. It structures commitments, owners, due dates, follow-ups, blockers, risks, escalations, and executive reporting. Clients do not need to adopt CommitOS as another task app to get started.

Not required. GigStacks uses CommitOS to manage execution internally. Where useful, clients may receive dashboards, reports, or workspace access, but the core experience is designed to work without requiring your team to learn another tool.

IntelCoreOS is the workforce intelligence layer supporting Workforce Capacity. It helps map workforce resources, credential readiness, references, availability, trade fit, and deployment readiness.

CommitOS supports commitment tracking, follow-up, escalation, and execution reporting.

IntelCoreOS supports workforce sourcing, verification, readiness, and deployment intelligence. CommitOS keeps work moving, while IntelCoreOS helps identify and verify the workforce capacity needed to do the work.
