About GigStacks

We Didn't Set Out to Build Another Software Company.

We spent decades running engineering firms, delivering complex projects, managing global teams, and growing businesses. Everywhere we looked, we found the same problem: Critical work was getting lost between conversations and completion.

Our Origin

We Built GigStacks Because We Lived the Problem.

For more than two decades, we managed engineering programs, manufacturing operations, construction projects, customer delivery, and growing organizations.

The technology kept improving. Communication became faster. There were more dashboards than ever. Yet one problem never disappeared: Meetings ended. Decisions were made. Customers received promises. Projects moved forward. Then, work quietly stalled.

This didn't happen because people didn't care, or because teams weren't talented. It happened because no one independently owned making sure every commitment kept moving until it was complete.

Eventually, leadership became the follow-up system. That wasn't sustainable. So we built GigStacks.

The Discovery

The Problem Was Never Software

We Thought

Better software would solve execution.

It didn't.
We Thought

Hiring more managers would solve execution.

It didn't.
We Thought

More meetings would improve accountability.

They created more commitments.
Then We Realized

Organizations weren't missing software.

They were missing Independent Execution Capacity.
The Missing Function

We Built the Missing Operational Layer

Every organization already has: Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Marketing. But almost none have an independent function responsible for keeping commitments moving across all of them. GigStacks fills that gap.

Experience Built Into Every Engagement

We've supported organizations where execution failures delay construction projects, manufacturing schedules, engineering programs, customer delivery, executive initiatives, and cross-functional operations.

We've managed complex dependencies across vendors, contractors, customers, engineers, executives, and operational teams.

That's why GigStacks was designed for the real world—not ideal workflows.

Lived Experience

Before GigStacks, We Tried Everything.

“We bought software.” “We hired managers.” “We held more meetings.” “We built reports.” “We added dashboards.”

Nothing solved the problem. Only when we created an independent execution function did organizations consistently keep work moving.

Technology Philosophy

Technology Should Support People—Not Replace Them.

CommitOS exists for one reason: To help GigStacks coordinators deliver consistent execution visibility across every client deliverable.

Category Vision

Every Organization Deserves Trusted Execution.

Financial infrastructure protects money. Cybersecurity protects systems. Legal protects contracts. GigStacks protects execution.
